The above document is not available at Oracle Metalink any more. Instead, there is one more document there about health check from Oracle 8.1 through 11.1.

Title: "hcheck.sql" script to check for known problems in Oracle8i, Oracle9i, Oracle10g and Oracle 11g [ID 136697.1]

Running this script requires log on as sys and generate package within which almost hundreds of procedures do checking of overall of database health check. Please refer to the list of procedures below.

Before running hcheck.sql to create health check package, script hout.sql need to be ran first to create HOUT package, which  provide an output package for the health check package. This script is available at "hout.sql" script to install the "hOut" helper package [ID 101468.1].

Besides, there are two more metalink documents which guide you for every topic of database health check. Importantly, you can find according metalink source in solving specific database health check problem through these two document. They are:
